Creator FAQ

Earnings & Payouts

How does the revenue share per sale model work?

You earn a percentage of every sale made on TBBC. When a customer buys your product, you get paid — no upfront fees, no listing costs. Simple.

What payout cycles do you offer and how do I choose?

You choose during application: bi-weekly or monthly. Pick what works best for your cash flow. Payouts go directly to your bank account.

When do payouts start — after first sale or after onboarding?

Payouts start after your first sale goes live on TBBC. Once your products are listed and selling, you're earning.

Is there any upfront fee to list on TBBC?

No upfront fees. Zero. You only earn when your products sell.

Is this wholesale, consignment, or revenue share?

This is revenue share per sale. You keep a percentage of every order. Unlike wholesale (where we buy upfront) or consignment (where we pay you later), you earn directly tied to sales — no risk, no waiting.

Onboarding Process

What is “onboarding inventory” and how many pieces do I need to send?

Onboarding inventory is a small batch (10–50 units) of your best designs. We use it for QC, photography, and listing setup. After approval, we'll give you the exact address and timeline.

How long does onboarding take from approval to going live?

Typically 7–14 days after we receive your inventory. We do QC, create product photos + content, and get you live. Timeline depends on inventory arrival + our photo/listing queue.

What product details do you need from me?

Materials, dimensions, weight, variants, care instructions, and packaging details. For onboarding inventory, label everything clearly so we can photograph + describe accurately.

Who creates product photos and descriptions — me or TBBC?

TBBC handles it. You send the inventory, we photograph + write descriptions (in TBBC's voice). You focus on making — we handle the listing.

What happens after I submit the application form?

Our team reviews your submission within 5–7 working days. If approved, we'll reach out via WhatsApp + email with next steps (shipping address, timeline, etc.).

How can I contact the team for help during onboarding?

WhatsApp (fastest) or email: salestbbc@gmail.com. We're here to make this smooth.

Product Categories & Quality

What product categories are accepted right now?

Ceramic, resin & wood ashtrays — Rolling trays & stash trays — Dreamcatchers & room décor — Hand pipes, chillums & bongs (legal accessories only) — Storage, organizers & gifting add-ons.

Do you accept one-off pieces / limited drops, or only batch production?

Both. Limited drops are welcome — they create buzz. Consistent batches perform best for revenue, but we love unique one-offs too.

What quality checks do you do before products go live?

We check: durability, finish quality, safe materials, and packaging integrity. If we spot issues, we'll suggest improvements before listing.

What packaging standards are required (especially for glass/ceramic)?

Breakage-safe packaging is essential. We'll align on final packaging details post-approval. If you're already using safe packaging, great — we'll just confirm it meets our standards.

Do you accept fragile products (glass/ceramic) and how do you reduce breakage?

Yes — we accept glass & ceramic. We work with you on packaging, use breakage-safe shipping, and have a clear claims process if damage happens in transit.

What content is not allowed in product naming/descriptions?

We keep it legal + brand-safe. No explicit substance references in visible copy. We'll guide you on naming + descriptions during onboarding — it's collaborative.

Customization & Collabs

Can I do custom designs or exclusive collabs with TBBC?

Absolutely. If your quality + consistency are solid, we can explore custom drops, limited editions, and brand collabs. Talk to us during onboarding.

Can I sell the same designs on other platforms too, or is exclusivity required?

No exclusivity required. Sell on your own channels, other platforms, wherever — we just ask that TBBC gets fair treatment in your portfolio.

Logistics & Risk

What happens if my onboarding inventory gets damaged in transit?

Document it with photos + video. We'll work with you on a solution — either reshipping or adjusting the onboarding batch.

What happens if customers report defects or breakage after delivery?

TBBC handles customer claims. If it's a product defect, we'll work with you on replacement or credit. If it's shipping damage, we manage the claim with our logistics partner.

How are returns/refunds handled for creator products?

TBBC manages all returns + refunds per our standard policy. You don't handle customer returns — we do. You just focus on making great products.

Do you accept products from outside India / export-ready creators?

Yes — if you can ship onboarding inventory to us in India and meet our quality standards, we can work together.

Compliance & Legal

How do you handle compliance (legal accessories only)?

We only list legal smoking accessories — no substances. During onboarding, we'll confirm your products meet all requirements. This protects both of us.
